Ghana Premier League side, Liberty Professional’s have struck a kit partnership deal with ambitious Sports wear company, Mayniak.
The deal will see the Ghanaian owned company kit the Dansoman based side in both home and away matches during the 2016/17 football season.
The new kit which will be unveiled later today at a colorful ceremony in Accra is the first of many yet to come from the Mayniak Sportswear company.
The home shirt features a design divided vertically with the famous blue and red traditional colors of the club with the official logo of Mayniak emblazoned onto the right side of the shirt and a round neck to complement the simplicity of the creative design.
The away kit is a plain blue color with white stripes around the arms and the shorts. On both ends of the shoulder is a thick white stripe.
In line with the company’s new line of outfit, the Liberty Professional’s deal is the first of the “performa” range of kit that is aimed at enhancing athletes performance and providing maximum comfort in their pursuit for greatness.
In an interview with the project manager of Mayniak Sportswear, Abdul Rashid Zakari, explained the concept behind the new outfit.
“The company took into consideration the humidity and temperature of the Ghanaian weather and as such produced the kit in an ultra-dry recycled PVC bottle material – this will dry up faster on the players and allow them freedom to express their skills on the field of play.”
