Kotoko and midfielder, Bennett Ofori have mutually agreed to part ways, Head of Communications, Obed Acheampong announced on Friday.
The midfielder was initially put on loan by the club but Obed Acheampong disclosed to Asantekotokosc.com that, both parties have now agreed that, their contractual agreement be terminated.
“Management discussed with him and we agreed to terminate the contract” Obed Acheampong.
“He was initially put on loan by the club but that has changed. The former Berekum Chelsea playmaker joined Kotoko on a three-year contract at the beginning of last season, hopeful of replicating his good Chelsea performance at Kotoko. He however struggled to make the first team talk less of being impressive.
