Coach Frimpong Manso has confirmed he has been asked to head the Kotoko bench on interim basis.
The former BA United Coach was initially appointed to act as an advisor to Godwin Ablodey who was acting as the stop-gap Coach.
Management have decided to re-assign Frimpong Manso to head the tehnical bench until further notice.
“Yes, it is true, I have been asked to act in the interim, my challenge now is to improve results for now, psyche the players who are down to raise their spirit,” he told Nhyira FM.
The former player will be leading the team this weekend when they take on Bekwei United in the MTN FA Cup competition.
He is expected to help the team get back to winning ways in order to maintain their title ambition.
