Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has given a slight hint of his quick return to the Black Stars by endorsing a tweet that called for him to play at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in January.
The Germany-based player’s international career with the Black Stars seems to have ended after he was booted out of the World Cup this month for verbally abusing coach Kwesi Appiah.
The Schalke O4 player, who was not at his playing best at the World Cup, played a role in the Black Stars early exit from the tournament in Brazil.
Several calls have been made for younger players to be injected into the squad with fears that after Boateng’s indefinite suspension, he may not be interested in playing for Ghana in future.
However, the controversial player looks to have endorsed a tweet from a fan in Morocco who called on him to play in the tournament in the North African country.
@KPBofficial you are one of my best player I liked your goals against Barca and Arsenal I am a fan from Morroco see you in Can2015
