Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson is undoubtedly confident that his side will defeat their long term rivals Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Hearts of Oak lie 9th on the league table and has won twice, lost twice and drawn three out of seven game played so far whilst the Porcupines are joint top leaders with five wins and two draws.
Notwithstanding the fact that Kotoko has not lost to the Phobians at their home grounds at the Accra Sports Stadium for the past seven years Frank Nelson is prophesying the first defeat for the Porcupines
In an interview with Ghanaweb Frank Nelson said “I will again say defiantly for sure and with confidence say that we are in the mood and know what it takes. Anything less than a win would not be good for us and we would have to be clear with that.”
“Nine points out of 21 points is not good for us I don’t think that is the best for us I think the players, management and supporters know that it is not the best for us. So getting three points from our fellow arch rivals Asante Kotoko would be good for us to start our improvement” he added.
“But I believe on Sunday the three points will be in the pockets of Accra Hearts of Oak and tomorrow by this time it will be twelve points and not nine.”
Kotoko is well known for winning their at the Accra sports stadium any time they clash with the Rainbow club.
