Hearts of Oak midfielder Winful Cobbinah was adjudged the 2016/17 Most Prestigious Player at last night’s MTN FA CUP awards gala.
The silky enforcer beat off competition from Kotoko’s Saddick Adams and Isaac Amoah Amidaus Professionals to win the award.
The 26-year-old took home a citation, a refrigerator and a Flat-screen Television.
Other award winners on the night were former Kotoko coach, Steve Pollack who won Best Coach of the year whiles Accra Hearts of Oak fans were adjudged the Supporters Group of the Year and Medeama SC centre-back Ibrahim Yaro was named the best defender of the competition.
