Hearts of Oak coach Frank Nuttall says his team is gradually making good progress following their 1-1 draw away to Ebusua Dwarfs.
The Phobians prior to their game against Dwarfs, had played two games without scoring a single goal.
But at the Cape Coast Stadium last Wednesday against Dwarfs they scored their first goal in the ongoing Ghana Premier League through Patrick Razak, much to the delight of the Scottish tactician.
“We have made progress because in the last week and a week before we haven’t scored a goal and this week we had the ball in the net once perhaps twice so that is progress because we were playing away from home.”
“We were good in the game towards the end I have to look at the goal which was disallowed to see if it was a proper decision by the referee, it was a wonderful finish by Alex [Kouami],” Nuttalll said after the game.
The Phobians will host Premier League champions Wa All Stars in their next game on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
