Ghana have received a major boost ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations after captain Asamoah Gyan returned from injury.
The Striker made a recovery from a setback as he joined Group training at Al Ahli on Tuesday.
Gyan lasted the full training session as they prepare for their League game against Sharjah on Friday.
The 31-year-old missed Ahli’s last three games against Al Dhafra, Al Wasl and Al-Wahda.
The news serves as a relief for Black Stars Coach Avram Grant who is preparing to name his provisional squad for the Cup of Nations tournament in Gabon,
