German-born Ghanaian prodigy John Yeboah Zamora has penned his first professional contract with German Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.
The 17-year-old put pen to paper on a three-year deal after his impressive performance for the club’s youth side.
“I am delighted about having been given the opportunity to take the next step in my career with VfL Wolfsburg. I will do everything in my power to continue developing step-by-step.” Yeboah told the club official website.
He has netted 7 goals in his 15 appearances for the Wolves junior this season.
Yeboah was a member of the German U17 squad that played in the FIFA U17 World Cup held in India.
The Hamburg-born has capped fourteen times for Germany with two goals to his credit.
Yeboah is still eligible to feature for Ghana in future despite playing for the German youth team.
