Juventus midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah is reported to have opened talks with French giants AS Monaco ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 29-year-old who joined the Bianconeri in the summer of 2012, is reported to have opened talks with French giants AS Monaco ahead of his contract expiration at the end of the current campaign.
Asamoah has failed to lock down a regular playing spot following the arrival of Brazilian left back Alex Sandro from FC Porto three seasons ago.
And he has been linked with several clubs with recent reports indicating a move to fellow Italian side Inter Milan.
However, reports emerging from French tabloid Le10 sport and Mercato 365 indicate that, the Ghanaian is likely to join AS Monaco at the end of the season.
According to the reports, Coach Leonardo Jardim views Asamoah as a versatile player who could fill in the void left by Benjamin Mendy as well as Thomas Lemar and Fabinho who are reported to leave the club at the end of the season.
Asamoah was in fine form on Wednesday after climbing off the bench to help Juventus beat Tottenham at Wembley and progress to the quarter finals of the Champions League.
