The sharp winger who is popular among Ghanaian football fans as ‘Bobby Shot, is looking to relaunch his sinking football career and has identified the Cape Coast side as the right place to realise his dream.

Tagoe had a memorable career with Hearts of Oak for his swift attacking dribbles and accurate passing skills.
He left Hearts of Oak for a club in Belgium but failed to complete the move and returned to Ghana to play for Accra Great Olympics.
Tagoe is expected to employ his experience and sharpness to help Ebusua Dwarfs maintain their top four finish.
