Former General Manager of Asante Kotoko Samuel Opoku Nti has urged the club to beat CARA Brazzaville by a margin of two goals in the first leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup clash.
The Porcupine Warriors will commence their CAF Confederation Cup campaign this Sunday as they welcome Congolese outfit CARA Brazzaville to the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the first leg of the preliminary stage.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Opoku Nti, has advised his former employers to win the game convincingly at home so as the return leg will be a mere formality.
“The players should try to get at least two goals and maintain their concentration which can even earn us another goal,” he told Kumasi-based 100.7 Oyerepa FM.
“I believe the team can do it and the promises coming in should urge them on.”
