FC Sion striker Ebenezer Assifuah says he has regained full fitness after making a second half appearance in the 2-2 draw with Luzern on Wednesday night.
Assifuah came on in the 79 minutes to replace Carlitos as Sion struck the equalizer at the death.
The 23-year-old recently recovered from an ankle injury which sidelined him for Ghana’s double assignments against Rwanda and Russia early this month.
Assifuah missed last Sunday’s 4-3 win at Neuchatel Xamax but proved his mettle last night.
“I can see improvement and my old form is back. I’m mentality strong and fit,” Assifuah told GHANASoccernet.com
“I want to start scoring goals for club and country.”
