Dr. Kwame Kyei promises to reward each Kotoko player Gh¢ 20,000 if they clinch Confederations Cup
The Executive chairman of Asante Kotoko Dr. Kwame Kyei has pledged to reward the entire playing body a two bedroom apartment each should they win this year’s CAF Confederations Cup, according to media reports.
The MTN FA Cup holders will kick-start their CAF Confederations Cup campaign with a home game against Congolese side CARA Brazzaville on Sunday, February 11.
But according to media reports, each plyer of the Porcupine Warriors will take home a qualification bonus of Gh¢ 20,000 if they make it to the group stage of the competition.
The reports further indicated that, the business mogul disclosed the club’s Confederation Cup packages to playing body in a meeting on Wednesday afternoon.
Kotoko are yet to win their first CAF Confederation Cup title since it was introduced in 2004.
