Former Kotoko striker Shilla Alhassan says the current Kotoko squad lacks leadership on the field and they are not organised when laying games.
According to him, the side must have a leader on the field who can control the team when under pressure and in times of need.
“I will say the current team is not well organised. During our time, there was Arhin Duah, Ablodey and myself and we were able to control the others when playing. But that is missing in the team now,” he said.
“You can clearly see that there is nobody acting like a senior player in the team and that is not the best. Everyone does everything,” he added.
Shilla enumerated how important it is to have a senior player in the team saying most of the players look up to such experienced players.
