Hundreds of Ghanaians have gathered at the forecourt of the State House to pay their last respect to one of Ghana’s most outstanding coaches.
The body of the veteran coach will be interred at the Osu cemetery after the burial ceremony that is on going at the forecourt of the State House
Among the dignitaries present were ex-President Jerry John Rawlings, Sports Minister, Isaac Asiamah and GFA vice president George Afriyie
Some key political figures, current and former footballers and some coaches also came to bid him farewell as he embark on a journey to meet his Maker
The ‘multi-system’ man until his unfortunate demise was the technical director of premier league side WAFA.
He also coached the Black Stars on two occasions – from 1996 to 1997, and again in 2004.
