Betway, the popular online and mobile sports betting brand is in Ghana on a two-day visit, to demonstrate solidarity with football enthusiasts in the country, while establishing a strong foothold in the hearts and minds of passionate sports betting fans.
Betway has rising international football star, West Ham United’s Ashley Fletcher and Andre Dede Ayew been part of the event. Both players, yesterday took time to interact with enthusiastic soccer and betting fans at the Lizzy Sports Complex at East Legon and at the Betway store in Adabraka.
West Ham’s head of Medical and Sports Science Steijn Vanderbrouke and the club’s first team fitness coach Tom Taylor were on hand to offer technical lessons to some selected footballers at the Lizzy Sports Complex at East Legon, Accra.
The day was climaxed with Fletcher and local hero Andre Ayew making an appearance at the Betway store in Adabraka, to interact with fans while they signed autographs.
The program continues this morning with the Betway Thought Leadership Workshop which will come off at the Alisa Hotel, where the two technical heads of West Ham will interact with some coaches of our local league and the media.
Later in the day, there will be the Mall Activation at the Accra Mall forecourt, where Andre Ayew and Ashley Fletcher will have their final interaction with fans, media and betting enthusiasts.
