The forward has confirmed interest from the north African side and he’s sure of crossing carpet to their outfit in the near future.
Bechem United striker Ahmed Toure has confirmed that Algerian top-flight side MC Algers have penciled him down for his possible transfer to their club following his eye catching displays against them in the Caf Confederation Cup preliminary stage.
The 29-year-old marksman could be joining The Dean lads after revealing that talks between both parties have reached its advanced stage.
Kickgh.com revealed last week that the former Asante Kotoko goal poacher is being courted by the Algiers-based club and now the Burkinabe import forward has removed the lid on the cup regarding the interest rumours.
” Yes, it’s true that MC Algers have expressed keen interest in my services. When we went for the second leg at their home grounds, they had wanted to finalized everything and get hold of me. They made their intention clear in securing my signature when we played the first leg in Accra,” Toure confirmed to Kumasi-based Angel FM.
He added: ” It’s not only MC Algers who are after my signature, there’re other two foreign clubs that are also in the queue for my services. But for now, Algers are leading the race as they’re closer to finalizing a deal with Bechem United.”
Ahmed Toure asserts that he will only make a move to the north African side only if the deal is being bless by his parent club.
