Ashanti Gold captain Joshua Tijani says they will recover from their poor start to the Ghana Premier League campaign very soon.
The Miners have gone eight games without a win, sitting rock-bottom on the log with only eight points after 12 games.
“Our season can be compared to real life situation. You won’t get things being equal all times,” Tijani said.
“Sometimes, it is sweeter and sometimes it is very bitter. We are aware of being in our bad times but things will change very soon. Before the season comes to an end, a lot will change.
“We will survive the relegation scares and everyone will be happy,” he added.
Ashanti Gold will welcome Medeama to the Len Clay Sports Stadium on Sunday as new coach C. K Akunnor plays his first home game.
