Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan has urged his teammates to recover from their penalty shootout fiasco in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Porcupine Warriors were eliminated from the competition on Wednesday after losing 7-6 from the spots to CARA Brazzaville.
This was after they lost 1-0 in regulation time to even the tie 1-1 on aggregate.
Annan put on one of his best performances by saving three penalties from the hosts.
He posted on his Twitter account: ”Sad But Not Broken!We Lost As A Team After Giving Our Best!Our Best Just Wasnt Enough!Sorry We Disappointed ?? & The Fablous Family!We Shall Keep Working Hard To Make This Club Great As It Is!We Learn From This Hard Time!!God Bless Us All??????.”
