Ghanaian winger Albert Adomah is convinced of Aston Villa finishing in a good position at the end of the English Championship season.
The 29-year-old believes that his side will finish well when the 2016/17 season ends.
He has been phenomenal for the Villian lads since joining them from Middlesbrough last summer.
The former Middlesbrough attacker has also promised the supporters of the club with victory in their last three games.
“I know that fans are already asking questions like ‘Can next season be a special season? Can Villa achieve promotion next season?’’ Adomah told his club’s website.
“I’m not thinking about that right now. We’ve still got three games to go and as a professional footballer, it’s up to me and my team-mates to show total focus on the remaining games.”
“We want to finish this season strongly. We won’t take our foot off the gas.”
“We have three games to go – an important derby match against Birmingham City, which I’m looking forward to and I’m sure the fans are looking forward to also.”
“Then it’s Blackburn away and we finish with a home match against the potential champions Brighton.”
“These games are what we need to concentrate on now. Then we can look to the summer and after that the challenges of next season when pre-season arrives.”
