Aduana Stars will open their 2018 CAF Confederation Cup campaign away to Ivorian giants ASEC Mimosas on 6 May in Group A.
The Ghanaian champions will then host Moroccan side Raja Casablanca on 16 May.
Aduana will end the first round with another home match against DR Congo side AS Vita Club on 18 July.
Two weeks later, they will travel to Kinshasa for the return leg on 29 July before hosting ASEC on 19 August.
Their final Group match will be on the road against Raja Casablanca on 29 August.
It is unknown if CAF will approve the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa for the Group stage matches.
