The Supreme Court has temporarily granted businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome’s application for a stay of proceeding regarding his examination by Former Justice Minister Martin Amidu.
Mr Woyome also requested the Court to reverse Justice Anin Yeboah’s ruling to have Mr Amidu examine him.
At Court on Thursday, the businessman’s first request was temporarily granted, pending determination of the second request.
The request, nonetheless, has been challenged by Mr Amidu.
The Citizen Vigilante, as he is affectionately called, however, told journalists on Thursday, December 1 that he leaves the decision to the jurisdiction of the Court.
He had described Mr Woyome’s twin-writs as “frivolous” and “vexatious”.
