TV3 on Monday unveiled its world-class studio to further cement its leading position in the country’s television industry.
Some Board members of TV3 Network Limited who graced the unveiling ceremony expressed their satisfaction about the state of the art studio, which is unrivalled in Ghana.
“Today is the opening of a new chapter for TV 3 and I was very, very excited when I saw the studio, the technology, the look, the way it’s moved the station to a new level. Let’s remember this is an election period and you need to be on the spot, and you need to report in such a way that your audience will find you very credible but very much in tune with what they will see anywhere in the world.
“It’s really world class, not just the studio but the employees and the presenters were really excellent and I’m really proud to be part of TV3.
“It puts TV3 ahead of the market and we have become very competitive now in terms of reportage and also technology. We are hoping that we will take TV3 to the next level and be ahead in terms of television in Africa and not only in Ghana. I am hoping that with the new technology we have, we will be able to present the elections to Ghanaians as it should be”.
TV3 has definitely taken a huge leap which I have seen today and I will undoubtedly say that this is about the best I have seen.
The whole studio itself is quite interactive and quite friendly, produces facts and figures on the punch of a button and I think that will help those of us who come in as panelist in which case the debate will be more analytical in which case the viewers will also have a better appreciation of the facts and figures particularly heading towards the elections.
