The third season of the 3FMFAT2FIT challenge came off Saturday 14th January at the Aviation Social Centre.
This season saw an increase in participation with over 100 people from all walks of life including politicians, business executives, civil servants amongst others.
Participants were taken through weighing, screening, aerobics and a strict diet plan they are to adhere to throughout the entire 60-day period.
Mr. Akoto Degross, CEO of Fat2fit Ghana, used his experience to encourage participants to strife to attain the optimum in lifestyle and fitness
Mrs. Lois Kissiedu, programmes manager for 3FM, informed participants what the station has in stock for them at the end of the challenge, especially those who emerge as the biggest weight losers.
The 60-day challenge will have participants go through a series of workouts at the Aviation Social Centre, climbing the Aburi mountain, cooking competitions, lectures among other exciting treats.
Because of this worthy cause, this season’s challenge is being supported by the Aviation Social Center, Ariel’s Haven, Asikoree Organic Shop, Sassy Fruit Juice, Audylot Seasonings, Corban Photography and Exemplar innovation.
