I am no longer surprised why today we have such sky-high rates of prostate conditions. We have, by design and negligence, allowed our food and environment to become so toxic that disease is the body’s healthy response to the attack!
You see, medicine is not healthcare, food is healthcare. Disease happens when the body tries to protect itself from further damage by concentrating toxins and pollutants and other excesses in a less vital organ or area of the body so that the body can still carry on.
So likewise, the prostate, is a deep-inside organ, vulnerable to toxins just like the breast or uterus in women. The concentration of toxins in the prostate can result in any of the prostate conditions. Additionally, the unhealthy habits of eating poor quality foods, little to no exercise and our sedentary lifestyles and you have a clear understanding of causes.
For instance, there is this analogy of a Gardner looking at his sick apple tree with yellow leaves and thinking what to do. If the Gardner grabs a pair of scissors and cuts off the yellow leaves, the chances are that the following month the tree will produce even more yellow leaves.
The logical approach would be for the gardener to ask himself why the tree has sprouted yellow leaves and begin identifying the causes: soil deficiencies, fungus in the root, parasite infestation, toxic soil and so forth. Once these causes are identified and eliminated, then the tree will drop its yellow leaves and become healthy again.
The primary assumption of the compensatory approach is the belief that a patient can regain independence using compensation when underlying deficits cannot be remediated. While some patients may regain their independence they would not do so as they did before their illness. This approach uses both compensation and adaption. Adaption ensures that the environment will be appropriately modified to substitute for loss of function. Compensation teaches the patient to use adapted procedure, which substitute for loss of function and to use the modified environment.
When it comes to routine maintenance, changing your oil is one of the more inexpensive services. Despite its relatively low cost, oil plays a vital, multifaceted role in your engine, and spending a little money on routine oil changes can help prevent you from forking over large sums of cash down the road.
The Role of Oil
Engine oil provides three key functions in a modern internal combustion engine. First of all, it helps keep engine components working smoothly together. Secondly, the inside of an engine, a place where there are thousands of controlled detonations happening every minute, can be a hot place, and oil helps draw heat away from the combustion chamber. Lastly, it helps prevent carbon and varnishes from accumulating in the engine.
One of the problems is that there will begin to be buildup in the cooler parts of the engine, like the crankcase and around the camshafts and valves. This can lead to carbon deposits, or sludge, coming out of the old oil. That could require an expensive engine cleaning or force you to replace worn-out piston rings.
There should be some logic to approaching any type of chronic disease whether it be chronic migraines or cancer. Most people agree that it is important to identify and eliminate the CAUSES of the disease, before making any attempt to treat.
Most medical doctors are more interested in labeling the symptoms, called a diagnosis, and then using drugs, surgery or radiation to suppress these symptoms. In most cases this may be achieved, but if the causes to these symptoms are still present, then it is only a matter of time before further symptoms appear that are worse than the initial ones. Over time this process leads to further degeneration and chronicity.
Holistic medical practitioners are interested in identifying and eliminating these causes as we believe that this is the only way to successfully treat the patient, not just the symptoms. After all, the real dis-ease are all the causes, not just the symptoms.
Holistic medicine treatments are based on the concept:
* Chronic diseases, including tumours do not develop in a healthy body with healthy defense, repair and regulatory functions.
* Chronic disease, including cancer is encouraged by a specific internal environment which promotes its growth.
* This environment develops due to multiple causes and conditions which vary from one individual to the other, this is why identifying and eliminating these causes is so important.
* These causes usually remain chronically active even after suppression of the symptoms or removal of the tumor by surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy. Hence, the high percentage of recurrence.
* Holistic medicine treatment program places equal importance on the removal of the tumor itself and on the causes and conditions leading to the body’s tendency to develop malignant tumors.
What often come up with is a myriad of different causative factors – there is never a chronic disease with only one cause – here are some of the causative factors that often identify in many patients:
Urinalyis – cellular metabolism in the tissues and organs of the body. One of the main reasons why most patients get worse and worse over time no matter what treatment has been tried is that the causative factors to their disease are still present – no-one has really made any effort to identify them, let alone eliminate them. The body can only repair and rebuild with natural therapies AFTER the causes are identified and eliminated. If you still do not know the reasons behind your chronic disease and feel that it is important to identify these, then please contact me for further consultation will respond with a ‘plan of action’ regarding how I can help.
I frequently have people ask me “Why don’t we have a cure for cancer yet?”
My response is: “Finding cure for cancer is not luxury, it is a human need that is why no one should use this needs for his personal gains. Something is wrong when people die of this need. The same reason we don’t have a cure for car failures, likewise, politicians are not able to solve the people’s need and take political interventions on cancer prevention and treatment, Cancer is built into our human biology. Normal cell regulation is a tightrope walk, a long period of near-perfect homeostatic “green zone” existence. Just like a car, good maintenance helps, good engineering can extend, but eventually, degradation/dysregulation occurs and pushes us out of the green, like politics, a good policy needs early implementation to aid development, but the selfish interest of some political leaders take over at the expense of the ordinary person. Sometimes we can fix it, for a time, but every car is destined for the junk load at some point in the future.
It mind-blowing to me that there will be some single therapeutic that “fixes cancer” in the same way that I can’t imagine a single procedure that “fixes car failure”, the same way one government cannot solve the masses problems but that doesn’t mean we should stop trying to push back the burden of disease. We should be realistic about our goal, though: longer, happier lives for everyone. That’s something research is delivering on, I think but we will get there.
