The newly wed Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has congratulated Wizkid for winning the 2017 Black Entertainment Television (BET) awards in the category Best International Act Africa. This is the second time Wizkid is winning the award in the same category.
The 2017 BET Awards held in Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles awarded Nigerian artiste Wizikid known in real life as Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun as Best International Act Africa.
For the first time Stonebwoy and Wizkid shared main stage as they thrilled fans on the night of the event.
The “Go Higher” singer, took to his official Twitter handle to congratulate the CEO of StarBoy World Wide as winner of the award.
This will be in the records of Ghana music as Stonebwoy was the first Ghanaian Reggae and Dancehall artiste to win BET award in 2015 and nominated in 2017.
Although, it was a stiff competition nominees for Best International Act were Tekno, Stonebwoy,Davido, Mr. Eazi, AKA, Nasty C, BABES WODUMO (SA)
