Dancehall artiste, Jupitar De General has revealed his friendship with award winning artiste Stonebwoy is intact.
In a couple of social media posts in the past Jupitar insinuated that a line in Stonebwoy’s single, ‘Migraine’ took a swipe at him.
Though Stonebwoy’s management via social media indicated that the ‘Jupiter’ mentioned in the song had nothing to do with the artiste and rather refers to the planet, Jupiter, the dancehall act was not convinced hence released a song titled ‘W. A.R’ within 24 hours to address the issue.
However, Jupitar told Kasapa Fm’s Kwame Bee on Di Wu Lane Mu that Stonebwoy and him are still best of friends.
“We deal with fans so we’ve resolved everything. He (Stonebwoy) wrote to me that he’s a big fan of my works and I told him I’m also an equally big fan of your works as well.”
Sharing his opinion on beefs involving artists, Jupitar said it’s important that artistes consider the business aspect of it rather than the controversies and enmity it brings between fans of those aristes.
