Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy’s white wedding to Dr. Louisa Kwakye Ansong last month attracted a number of high-profiled personalities in the arts and football industry.
Stephen Appiah, Emmanuel Adebayor, Becca, Elikem Komordzie, P. Y Addo-Boateng, Trigmatic and Kofi Kinaata were some of the public figures present at the union of the ‘Migraine‘ act.
Missing at the event held at Unique Floral at the Trade Fair Centre, Accra was fellow recording artiste, Shatta Wale. Wale has offered an explanation on why he didn’t attend the ceremony.
“He did not invite me,” explains Wale to Okay FM this week. “If he had invited me I would have attended. I took my Range Rover and Camaro to the washing bay and all. If I was invited you will have seen my convoy. I even had a suit and all. If he had invited I would have attended. I love weddings.“
He also spoke about when he will tie the know with Shatta Michy, the mother of his son.
“We will marry when we are 72 years. We understand ourselves for now. Her family is aware, my family is aware of what is happening. Sometimes people need time to work on things. We don’t need to impress people. We are not yet there and even our families understand our current situation. Shatta Michy want to finish her degree and run businesses and more. I’m also working on my music and pushing my career to new heights.“
