The outspoken MP was said to have claimed that Mr Hosi offered a one million-dollar bribe to the CEO of BOST to influence the sale of five million litres of contaminated fuel, which went to two companies, in his favour.
But Mr Hosi has denied the claim in a writ issued at the High Court on Tuesday, July 4 in which he is seeking five million-cedi damages against Mr Agyapong and another three million-cedi against his media organisation, Kencity Media Limited for defamation of character.
Senyo Hosi is also demanding one million cedis damages against a Deputy Executive Secretary of the Microfinance and Small Loans , Afia Akoto,who was said to have re-publish the allegation on Facebook.
