A member of opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) cannot fathom why people reeling in abject poverty will still vote for the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to Kwame Osei Prempeh, any God fearing person who will vote for President John Mahama in the December 7 elections “will go to hell”.
“Any poor person who will vote for Mahama will go to hell,” he stated on Accra-based Oman FM Tuesday.
The former Member of Parliament for Nsuta-Kwamang-Beposo in the Ashanti region is convinced no human being created in God’s image will still vote to retain “the incompetent government in power”.
“If you are a human being created in the image of God and upon all the thievery and corruption under Mahama, you still vote for NDC, then stop going to church or mosque because you can’t even go to heaven,” he opined.
Citing the deteriorating socio-economic conditions in the country to buttress his point, the NPP man said until the NDC is out of power; Ghanaians will continue to suffer.
Lawyer Osei Prempeh who was Deputy Minister of Justice and Attorney General in the erstwhile Kufuor administration promised nothing but good living if an Akufo-Addo-led NPP is voted into power.
