Young talented rapper, Osei Kwaku Vincent known in music circle as Strongman Burner has said he does not do music for the purpose of entertaining his fans only but also focuses on the marketing aspect too.
He said regardless of the kind of songs he releases, he ensures that the lyrical content if of high quality for it to be marketable.
The young rapper told sit in host for Kasapa Entertainment, Akwasi Nsiah on Kasapa 102.5FM, that for a good music to be enjoyed by all and get good returns it demands a lot of hard work in terms of quality sound and good lyrics music lovers can hook up to.
“Most of my songs are being played out there. ‘Oh Joe’, ‘Pieto Datso’, Transformer etc are really selling. The fact that you don’t hear some of my songs in Accra doesn’t mean it’s not being played elsewhere,” Strongman said on Kasapa Entertainment.
“I used to play shows at least every two weeks to promote my songs but now that I’m under a new management, before I take any decision the management needs to agree before I go ahead,” He added.
Releasing his new track ‘Transformer’ which featured fellow label mate, Akwaboah, Strongman said as a promising artiste he believes he has a great future in the Ghanaian Music industry with the kind of music he does.
“I see my self as a Star… It’s a matter of me working extra hard to put more and better songs out there,” Strongman said.
Strongman Burner is a Ghanaian hip-hop artiste known for his lyrical and unique rap style. Much is expected from him since one of the biggest and most influential artiste in Ghana, Sarkodie signed him to his label “Sarkcess Music”.
