The issue of Beasts of No Nation’s child-star actor, Abraham Attah, being made the ambassador for government’s upcoming Free SHS policy seems not dying out anytime soon as sections of the public either criticize or praise the move.
The Ministry of Education on Thursday unveiled its choice, Abraham Attah, as the Free SHS Ambassador.
Speaking on 3FM’s Showbiz 927 with host Ken Nana Kwadjo Addo, showbiz critic and CEO of Vibes in 5 Arnold Elevanyo indicated that he would have chosen Kumawood child-star, Maame Serwaa, for the position if he had a way.

“If you ask me, Maame Serwaa could have been a perfect choice,” he argued.
“Maame Serwaa could have done that because she has been here, she is still here in the industry…but to go for someone who is living in America, who will spend most of his years there and only come down [to Ghana] when there is something to be talked about; why can’t we equally use the guys here?” he wondered.
According to Arnold Elevanyo, if making Abraham Attah is for the “fan of it, then they got it right but anything aside that falls below par for me”.
