Efia Odo, the Ghana born US-based actress who took bedroom snaps with Shatta Wale has finally opened up on the nature of her relationship with the self-acclaimed Dance Hall King.
Recall that Afia’s intimate photo with Shatta got leaked to the internet few days ago, sparking media buzz, especially in Ghana.

But the US-based actress says she usually roll with Shatta during his US tours. According Gh Page reports, Efia Odo revealed that she and Shatta Wale are very close friends, but there’s nothing romantic going on between them; adding that she doesn’t date married men.
“Shatta Wale is my best friend… We hang out a lot. In the club, with friends and almost everywhere we can but there’s nothing going on between us. I don’t date ‘married men.”

Efia went on to say there were other people in the room when she took that shot with Shatta, and so nothing could have happened between them. She also wondered why Ghanaians picked on a mere bedroom photo while ignoring photos of Shatta Wale and Sista Afia’s kiss on stage.
“Shatta Wale has been in my snaps all this while, I have been in his as well but nobody said we are a thing. Just a photo from a bedroom and this has gotten Ghanaians calling me names already. Why didn’t they talk when Shatta Wale kissed Sista Afia?”
She further stated that her rapport and photo shots with the ‘kakai’ hit-maker are not new or hidden as Shatta Mitchy is well aware of them. And although she does not know Michy too well, she believes she is not at all bothered.
“I know Shatta Wale’s wife from a distance. We’re not friends but she has seen me in several snaps on Shatta Wale’s account so I guess she’s cool. If she was uncomfortable, Shatta Wale wouldn’t be hanging out with me because I know Shatta Wale respects his woman” Efia Odo concluded.
Shatta Wale in reacting to the rumours threatened to deal with bloggers for always abusing media usage and making a mountain out of a molehill.
Efia Odo is a rising US-based Ghanaian actress who made her movie debut with ‘Royal Diadem’ in 2015.
