Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Koku Anyidoho has been arrested by the police for his comments where he suggested that the Akufo-Addo-led NPP government will be hit with a coup’ d’etat.
According to TV3 reporter Felix Akoyam, Koku Anyidoho was picked up by some officers who were not in uniform at the Accra International Press Center where there was a press conference on the Ghana- US military agreement.
According to the TV3 reporter, the Deputy General Secretary has subsequently been sent to the Police CID Headquarters where some macho men have besieged to demand his release.
