Kumasi Asante Kotoko interim coach, Frimpong Manso, says he is clueless about the cause of the club’s dwindling fortunes in the ongoing premiership.
The team has had a disappointing performance in recent times with eight matches without a win. Kotoko at the weekend lost 2-0 against a struggling side, Great Olympics, in Accra.
When asked by journalists, could be the problem for Kotoko, Frimpong Manso said: “we don’t seem to understand what is happening. We try to rescue things but things seem not to be working. Things have been difficult.
“I can’t figure out what is wrong with Kotoko, things does not seen to be working, which I don’t understand,” he told journalists.
He pointed out that though he came to meet the situation, efforts at pinpointing the problems militating against the club have been fruitless.
Coach Frimpong Manso has since taking over the team played 4 matches; two league games, one FA Cup match and Ghana @60 cup match. In all the team has conceded 7 goals and scored 3 under his management.
