The winners were selected on the basis of their performance last year by the EMS Cooperative Board.
In an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Accra on Thursday, Mr James Kwofie, the Managing Director of the Ghana Post Company, said Ghana Post had met the full eligibility criteria for the awards hence the timely recognition.
“We at Ghana Post, are more than honoured to receive this award since our Call Centre over the past years has demonstrated its commitment to providing excellent service to its worldwide partners in the EMS network based on the work done in the Rugby Global Customer Service System—RUGBY GLOBAL-CSS,” he said.
Mr Kwofie further stated that, the award would make Ghana Post part of an exclusive group of operators within the EMS network.
He therefore urged the workers to give off their best and strive for more laurels for Ghana Post.
