The National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) of embarking on a witch hunting agenda.
In an interview with Kaakyire Ofori Ayim on Atinka AM Drive, National Organizer for the NDC mentioned that the way EOCO has been conducting itslef in recent times, shows that the organization cannot be trusted.
He added that EOCO only invites people based on the names other politicians mention on media platforms without any proof.
According to Kofi Adams, EOCO should first engage those currently occupying these government institutions since the NDC administration has already handed over power and submitted necessary documents.
He argued that current CEOs of government agencies have been briefed and are capable of answering questions, adding that names like Opuni and Sedina Tamakloe Attionu came up as a result of accusations people leveled against them in the media.
