Ghana Football Association (GFA) has sealed a four-year sponsorship deal with electronic and home appliances firm, Electroland Ghana Limited, to sponsor the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
With just three matches to end the first round, the deal is set to reward the best performing players and coaches in the league with appliances from Nasco, part of the brands of Electroland Ghana Limited.
Ghana Premier League has been bereft of sponsors since Capital Bank pulled out two years ago due to the failure to attain the necessary mileage they had anticipated the league to grant to the bank.
Products to be received by deserving coaches and players include Nasco X5 smartphones and other accessories. The Best Coach and Player of the Month awards will be decided by a voting system.
