…and so after all the noise, Stonebwoy’s wife isn’t any pregnant, at least for now.
Popular dance hall star, Livingstone Este Satekla, known on stage as Stonebwoy has debunked the widespread and much-talked-about claims that his wife, Dr. Louisa Ansong Satekla is pregnant.
Recall that news broke just few weeks after Stonebwoy’s marriage to Louisa, that the lady is “heavily” pregnant. According to the news which was borne by several media outlets, Louisa was spotted with a protruding baby bump.
Considering how Stonebwoy’s wedding took everyone by surprise, many opined that it was Lousia’s pregnancy that propelled the sudden marriage in order to avoid her giving birth outside wedlock.
Some of the reporters even went as far as making an image video of the false news, wherein they showed Dr. Louisa lying down with a bulging belly. Though apparent then, it is now very clear that the image was photo-shopped.
However, in an interview with Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hits host KMJ, Stonebwoy dismissed the claims, describing it as a rather too early expectation. According to the ‘Loiusa’ singer, it is not bad to expect married couples to make babies, but the claims about his wife is rather incredible considering the time frame.
“There is no baby. I actually saw one pic with her stomach out. It’s expected of married couple to bring forth children. It’s not bad anyway but the expectation is too soon. It’s not even there. It was rather too quick for people to expect something like that out of the blue…” Stonebwoy stressed.
Stonebwoy and Louisa tied the knot on Friday, 16th June at the Unique Floral Centre in Accra. Prior to the wedding, the couple held their engagement ceremony at the Ansong’s family house in Tema. A rousing bridal shower was also held in honour of Louisa, ahead of the two ceremonies, at Allure Spa City’s special Rainbow room.
Stonebwoy and Louisa’s wedding took everyone by storm, as virtually nobody got wind of their relationship before news of their wedding broke. Many were also surprised by Stonebwoy’s wife’s profession – dentistry.
The heat and excitement was yet to die down when the pregnancy hoax broke, leaving everyone wondering if everything about the marriage would be an ‘out-of-the-blue’ bombshell.
