Mr Sivaram was deported by the Ghana Immigration Service per a deportation order by the Ministry of Interior after it was discovered that he forged a marriage certificate to support his application to have Ghanaian citizenship.
That order was later revoked by the Court.
The Indian businessman, who has been in Ghana for almost a decade, has petitioned President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to intervene as he claims the Ministry and the Service have a hidden agenda to seize his business.
A TV3 investigation last Monday revealed that Mr Sivaram is still married to his Indian wife, Seema Nambiar Ashok, of 30 years contrary to information provided on his application in 2008.
But for him to still be a legitimate citizen while an application for mandamus has been filed in court, a temporary citizenship has been ordered to be given him.
