As part of activities to commemorate the Founder’s Day of Royal Seed Chapel International at Atico Junction in Accra, the General Overseer, Rev Kwabena Anyimadu Boateng celebrated his birthday with the inmates at Teshie Children’s Home over the weekend.
Rev Anyimadu Boateng donated items and cash amounting to about GHc3, 000 to the Children’s Home.
The donation was necessary to give a lending hand to the under-privileged in society and put smiles on their faces.
Speaking during the donation, Rev Boateng said the essence of Christianity is to share the love of God through lightening the burdens of the less privileged in society.
He explained there is the need for the church to go beyond solving the spiritual problems of people and also consider their material needs as a holistic ministry.
