An Accra District Court has ordered a pathologist at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital to appear before it and explain why the full autopsy report of the late Abuakwa North MP J. B. Danquah is not ready.
This was after an earlier order on October 10 for the release of the report was defied.
The earlier order was for the pathologist Dr Lawrence Adusei to make the full autopsy report ready by Friday November 10.
Prosecutor DSP George Amegah told the court the head of the homicide unit confirmed that the pathologist was duly served.
The magistrate Arit Nsemoh was therefore unhappy prompting her to make the order.
The case has been adjourned to Tuesday November 21.
The late Abuakwa North MP, J B Danquah was stabbed to death on the dawn of February 9, 2016 at his Shiashie residence.
At least two people are standing trial for his murder.
