Alhaji Bature who is also the founder and Editor of the Al-Hajj newspaper died Friday morning, 3news.com gathered.
He was on admission at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital where he was receiving treatment after he suffered stroke while in his bath in December 2017.
He would be buried in accordance with Islamic tradition in the morning of Saturday, January 6, 2018.
Alhaji Bature a known member of the opposition National Democratic Congress died at the age of 60.
