Day four of the National Science & Maths Quiz saw Akwamuman SHS record the highest points total of the competition so far with 60 points.
They comprehensively dispatched Aduman SHS and Business SHS on Thursday to make the round of 16 stage.
Akwamuman SHS joins Keta SHTS with 58 points, and ST. Peter’s SHS with 53 points as the highest scorers of the completion so far.
Also progressing on Thursday to the next round after relatively tight contests were Zion College, Oguaa SHTS Holy Child School, Mawuli School and Armed Forces SHTS.
The preliminary rounds will conclude on Saturday, June 10, 2017, and have been simultaneously taking place at the R. S Amegashie Auditorium at the University of Ghana Business School, and the New N Block at the University of Ghana, Legon.
