2nd Image International on Thursday donated school bags and stationery to support the Citi Opportunity Project on Education (COPE).
2nd Image currently operates as a full-fledged beauty clinic committed to the provision of quality beauty and slimming services as well as training programs in the beauty industry in Ghana.
Teachers and students at the Beauty Academy thronged the premises of Accra-based Citi FM to make the donation.
The Administrator at Second Image Beauty Academy in charge of Administration of students, Emma Yankey, said the gesture formed part of their Corporate Social Responsibility.
“ We belief that we the students who are under COPE deserve the best things in life just like any of us.”
The Citi Opportunity Project on Education (COPE) is an initiative that seeks to provide full scholarships to brilliant but deprived students to further their education.
The Beauty Academy also donated the same items to Grey Memorial, Nii Amugi Basic Primary and Liberty Avenue Primary 1 basic schools all located in Adabraka.
