Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has promised the winners of the 2017 National Science and Maths quiz full educational scholarship.
The package will see the contestants of Prempeh College receiving full scholarship for their tertiary education.
Prempeh College beat St Thomas Aquinas and Adisadel College in the final of the quiz on Thursday, June 29 to emerge champions of this year’s edition.
The win became the College’s fourth in the history of the contest.
Prempeh College were at the Manhyia Palace to present the trophy to the Asantehene, whose scholarship package cover contestants Sarfo-Ansah Wonder and Daniel Osei Badu as well as a third contestant, Kofi.
Asantehene also presented GH¢5,000 each to teachers who coached the students to victory.
