The year is coming to its end and in a month a new year will come. Probably this last month will bring another celebrity union; we can’t say for sure. So, let’s consider what we have for now. Here is the list of celebrities who tied the knot in 2017 and now are happily married.
1. Trigmatic and Dita Schandorf
The famous rapper Trigmatic and his long-time girlfriend Dita Schandorf are the first who banded their lives by holy matrimony. The wedding could be hardly called an event in a big way, but it was extraordinarily crafted and took place at the Saxel Street in Tesano, Accra.
2. Ohemaa Woyeje and Emmanuel Yaw Owusu Kusi
Another wedding on our list took place in April 2017. The public learned with a smile on their faces about the official union of Harey Adjoa Yeboa-Asuama, widely known as Ohemaa Woyeje and his beloved woman Emmanuel Yaw Owusu Kusi who is the host of Adom FM’s mid-morning show, ‘Work and Happiness.’
3. Stonebwoy and Louisa Ansong
The next outstanding event pleased the fans of dancehall artiste Stonebwoy and his sweetheart girlfriend, Louisa Ansong in June 2017. The star of the Ghanaian entertainment industry and his beloved organized the colorful secret ceremony. The Miss Right of the favorite Ghanaian star is a qualified dentist. She is the alumnus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with 6 of 9 awards.
4. A Plus and Akosua Vee
The next wedding of the celebrities took place in September. At first, fashion blogger Akosua Vee and Hiplife musician Kwame A Plus had a secret traditional wedding, but the white wedding was announced to the public before the colourful ceremony.
5. MzGee and Raymond Acquah
The next union can be called for sure an office romance. Joy News worker Raymond secretly tied the knot with Hitz FM presenter MzGee in October 2017. Families, friends, colleagues and a host of politician were present at the event giving their heartfelt congratulations to the newlyweds.
6. Kwamena Idan and Diana Donkor
The public was glad to learn about the wedding of Kwamena Idan who is the host of Adom FM’s ‘Live Worship’ program and his bellowed girlfriend, Diana Donkor. The last but not the least couple on our list had at first a lavish traditional wedding ceremony and after a glitzy white wedding at the Freedom Chapel International.
