Chelsea captain John Terry has seen injury and the form of others restrict him to just five Premier League appearances this season.
The Blues have flourished in his absence, with his only top-flight outing since they embarked on a 12-match winning run coming in a 5-0 demolition of Everton.
Antonio Conte has found a formula that works, and he is sticking to it.
David Luiz, Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta have been favoured in a 3-4-3 formation and Chelsea now boast the best defensive record in the division – having been breached just 11 times.
Terry is, however, fully fit again and looking to prove his worth over the coming weeks.
His efforts in a recent training session should have him in contention, although a wonder volley that resembled Marco van Basten’s famous strike for Holland in the 1988 European Championship final suggests he is providing more competition to Diego Costa than Cahill and Co.

Terry has not found the target in seven appearances in all competitions this season, with his last goal for Chelsea coming in a 3-3 draw with Everton back in January.
He has, however, netted at least once in every campaign since 1999-2000 and will hope to keep that run going if drafted back into the Blues side before the season is out.
