The bullying ways of Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson are the stuff of legend and the Queens rapper and actor seemed to be back up to his old tricks via his Instagram account. After Fif posted a picture of a journalist that referenced a “Buck 50” knife slashing to the face, police were called in to investigate.
In the now-deleted message, 50 posted a photo of VladTV’s Courtney “Mafi” Johnson who was setting up an interview with Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of one of 50’s children, reports TMZ.
50 posted his photo and captioned the post by saying, “I have nothing to do with him getting a buck 50 in his face. Now the poor guy has to staple his face together.”
In an update to the story, TMZ quotes a source close to 50 explaining the situation like this: “50 doesn’t personally know him however he heard that he was assaulted, as a result of the vlad and Jimmy Henchmen interview that mentioned 50. Mafi personally commented on 50’s post, and when 50 saw he was in fact not injured he then deleted the post.”
Still, Johnson was alarmed enough by the post to alert police in Wisconsin where he lives. After filing an incident report, the case was reportedly closed and Johnson has begun researching further options with his lawyer.
On Johnson’s Instagram, he posted a video of himself driving around with the caption, “To everyone that’s been wondering how my face is doing.” Apparently, Johnson isn’t worried any longer.
Mafi’s video can be seen via his Instagram page below.
